Firstcup Coffee Society specializes in curated specialty coffee products.
We strive to ensure all product descriptions, tasting notes, images, pricing, and availability are accurate. However, natural agricultural products such as coffee may vary slightly by harvest, roast, season, and origin.
Product images are for reference only and may vary slightly from the final delivered product.
Tasting notes are descriptive and may vary depending on brewing method, grinder, water quality, and personal taste perception.
- Orders and Payment
All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.
We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order for reasons including but not limited to:
- product unavailability
- payment issues
- suspected fraud
- incorrect pricing caused by technical errors
Accepted payment methods will be displayed during checkout.
All payments are processed securely through trusted third-party payment providers. Firstcup Coffee Society does not store full payment card information.

- Shipping Policy

If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and order details so we can assist you.
Once an order has been shipped, delivery responsibility transfers to the shipping carrier.

Due to the nature of food products, opened coffee products cannot be returned unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
Refunds or replacements may be approved for:

Requests must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery.
We may request photos and order information to review your claim.
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within the standard processing time of your payment provider.
Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the error was caused by us.
